you can do a good visual demo of (user story tasks)
have direct value to stakeholders? (tasks)
have indirect value to stakeholders? (enabler tasks) what is the value to the stakeholder?
[ ] collect the sprint goals
[ ] collect the cumulative flow diagram from Zenhub
[ ] collate the above into slides ready for the demo meeting on Tuesday using the template below. It should be easy to follow, visually appealing, concise and for the stakeholder as the audience
[ ] facilitate the demo
When people explain tasks in the demo, they should either
give a streamlined visual demo, or
explain a very brief headline of the task but more importantly, what the value to stakeholders is
