Acceptance criteria

[ ] Upgrade to use the Veramo SSI libraries

we can then

[ ] use did:key
[ ] upgrade our VerifiableCredentials abstraction and simplify using their abstractions
[ ] start using DIDComm for messaging between servers, with QR codes and URLs for added security and privacy
