Acceptance criteria

[ ] choose new documentation platform. something as good as gitbook or docusaurus
[ ] migrate content to the new platform
[ ] change the name "Tonomy" --> Pangea and "Tonomy ID" --> Pangea Passport
[ ] change the colour scheme to the finalized (still pending) brand guide
