Steps to replicate the issue

Wait until your phone is on very low power <10%, it will then force a battery saving mode
tried to create an account in Tonomy ID

What do you expect to happen?

I can create an account normally

What actually happens

I am not able to create an account

Operating system: Android
Pangea Testnet version: 0.85.0 (click here on your phone)

Sadia tested and could not replicate. On Android with low batter.

I tested the new version (0.136.0) of the Tonomy ID Staging App on Android with a low battery. And could not replicate this bug. We may close it.
