Acceptance criteria:

  1. view screen showing high-level transaction description (NOTE THIS IS PROBABLY NOT POSSIBLE ON HEDERA)
  2. view screen showing high-level transaction details: smart contract + action name (if description is not available)
  3. view screen showing transaction details: smart contract, action data + metadata
