New account creation issuse/Captcha Issuse in Tonomy ID Staging mobile app

Steps to replicate the issue

1. Install the Tonomy ID staging app
2. Click on "Create account." Then give "Username."
3. Click on the "Next" button
4. Remember the passphrase in the "Create passphrase page"
5. Click on the "Next " button and follow the instructions
6. Then, The terms and conditions pages opened. Click on the "Accept" button
7. Click on the check box "I am human" on the Human verification page

What do you expect to happen? Captcha image/Text is shown clearly. Then click on "Create account". The next page should be open

What actually happens without showing the Captcha image/Text, the" I am human" check box is working. Then Click on "Create account".The next page is stuck
