What:
Allow a QR code to be scanned and the raw data to be collected directly from it, instead of using a connection to send the raw data
Why:
This allows people with poor connectivity to send and receive data, mostly verifiable credentials
How:
QR code to present the VP or VC as the raw data, instead of showing the information needed just to setup a connection
