What:

allow users to sign transactions on the block chain

Why:

So that they can use smart contracts. So that they can sign transactions for other Tonomy ID features such ass social recovery. So that they can use other Tonomy apps like Tonomy Gov and DAOs.

How:

Implement screens and a library that allows for a transaction to be signed.
