User story: As a Tonomy ID team member, I want to create an effective Ambassador Program to promote Tonomy ID as a Single Sign-On solution for businesses, so that we can increase awareness, drive adoption, and foster a community of individuals and organizations passionate about digital identity, privacy, and security.

Scrum Task:

  1. Develop a detailed plan for the Tonomy ID Ambassador Program, including goals, target audience, roles and responsibilities, tracking and rewards, onboarding and training, management and support, and communication channels.
  2. Define the KPIs to measure the success of the Ambassador Program, such as the number of presentations made, referrals generated, and Tonomy ID accounts created.
  3. Research and select appropriate software for managing the Ambassador Program, including referral tracking, performance metrics, and surveys and feedback.
  4. Identify the types of ambassadors to recruit, such as industry experts, business owners, technical experts, and influencers.
  5. Establish expectations for ambassadors, including online and offline promotions, and compliance with Tonomy ID's brand guidelines.
  6. Design a rewards and benefits system for ambassadors, including commission-based rewards, access to exclusive resources, recognition and exposure, and opportunities for professional development.
  7. Develop a screening process for potential ambassadors, including an application form, online presence and expertise review, and reference checks.
  8. Create a strategy for finding and recruiting potential ambassadors, including active outreach and open applications.
  9. Outline the process for onboarding and training ambassadors, including orientation, brand guidelines, messaging and practices to avoid, and assets.
  10. Draft a brand ambassador contract, detailing the program description, expectations and responsibilities, rewards and benefits, term of the agreement, and termination conditions.
  11. Develop a training plan for ambassadors, including mediums for training, brand guidelines, messaging and practices to avoid, and assets.
  12. Establish a communication plan with ambassadors, including brand and program updates, feedback channels, and dedicated contact information.
