Description:

After we have created the overview and we know the commitment of the members, we can adjust and clear tasks off the board; and we can accurately adjust speed for the next sprint.

Definition of done:

[ ] Board is adjusted according to team capacity
[ ] A report / overview is ready to help plan for the next sprint
