Error messages on forms cause input boxes to shift down - and out of line with labels #10

One solution : Make Error row span both columns (label and field).

As of 16.2.16, it still does it, but it's not a major issue. Everything is still easily understandable.

Removing from 0.1.0rc3 milestone - will need some thought as to solving correctly. in all cases.
