ozCore: Command Line Processing

Handle command line arguments as follows:

Note: Where path separators are shown as slash /, backslash/slope \ will be equivalent. Unless specified leading separators referring to absolute paths will be as acceptable as relative paths without a leading separator.

• [ ] @/path/filename.txt - Include each line of file as a separate argument
• Dynamic Command, Control, Configuration, & Status locations
  • Windows or Linux INI file
  • [ ] %path/filename.ini
  • Windows registry hives
  • [ ] %orgname/appname - as specified
  • [ ] %appname - registered org, specified app names
  • [ ] %orgname/ - specified org, registered app names
• Static Settings Values
  • [ ] Built-in program defaults (lowest)
  • [ ] Registered Org & App Name settings
  • Command line arguments, in the order processed (last highest)
  • [ ] $[orgname/][appname] - Entire system configuration
  • [ ] $/path/filename.ini - Entire file-based configuration
  • [ ] $/group/itemname= - item set true
  • [ ] $/group/itemname=value - item set to value
  • [ ] $/group/itemname! - item set false
• Application Options
  • Note values containing spaces must be enclosed in quotes: ' or ".
  • [ ] -o [value] - Single letter application option true optionally followed by value
  • [ ] -xyz - Multiple single letter application options true
  • [ ] --option [value] - One word application option true with optional value
  • [ ] --help or -h - Show help (unless excluded by flags)
  • [ ] --version or -v - Show version (unless excluded by flags)
• Anything Without @,%,$,-,-- Prefix is Treated as a positional argument
  • [ ] If including or path separator or dots, assumed to be a filename
  • [ ] Else, an Application Command
