Added prebuilds of lame for Node 8 and Electron (Mac, Linux, Windows) #85

As promised in #84.

I got prebuilds for older versions of node also, but skipped those, since they can still be built with node-gyp.

Is it possible to upload the binaries to the GitHub "Releases" function, instead of putting them in git?

Absolutely, I have not tried that, but feel free to do that instead :)

Then it might be possible to add all the builds for older versions also. Make sure that the version in the filenames are correct.
