The underlying socks-proxy-agent only support socks proxy w/ ip address. https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-socks-proxy-agent/issues/17

Thanks for the PR, but the latest version of socks does now support hostnames. See https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-socks-proxy-agent/issues/17#issuecomment-460030080.
