lazily duplicated config files, since npm doesn't support symlinks

Is this project dead? Can this fix get merged or are there any actively maintained forks?

I've forked this, merged the PR into the fork and published on npm as speaker-arm64. Unfortunately, I can not provide ongoing maintenance due to lack of time, so it'd be best if this PR was merged into the original repo. (If that happens, I'll delete my fork and package of course.) My use case is for node-red, so I've also forked and published node-red-contrib-speakerpi-arm64 accordingly.

Would be great to have this merged in since support has also been added for OSX arm64.
