Fix compile with io.js 2.1.0 on Linux #56

The nan dependency was specified as 1.7.0, but that is out of date for newer versions of io.js. Allowing npm to install newer versions fixes compile errors with newer io.js/V8.

I think you should add io.js to the travisci conf

Thanks! Though we should update to nan v2 at this point.
