Error installing on Windows #64

Trying to install ref over different Node versions (0.12.1 / 4.6.2 / 5.12.0 / 6.2.0) on Win10, only Node 0.12.1 succeeds.

Steps:

Create a new, empty folder
Enter the new folder
Call npm i ref

On (4.6.2 / 5.12.0 / 6.2.0) it fails with gyp: Could not automatically locate src directory.
