Parse or reject input of 1M correctly

Actual Results

Causes extreme performance issues

I re-encoded the screen recording with H.265 to get it under the file size limit.. I guess Github doesn't like it.

I used alternative encoding settings this time and I think it worked. Let me know if the video isn't working for you.
