Applied to every command, but let me know if you want it to JUST be on mock and cat
Everything ive done other than the actual command info and executions is in my index.ts file, but im assuming it would be better to make new files/folders and put certain things in there (ie: a message handler file, instance handler file, etc).
So lmk if thats what you want (or we could try to get in VC at some point if its hard to explain)
