Provide Ability to Confirm Verification Screenshot #229

Recent update allowed users to upload image as part of verification. However, bot will accept first image and not allow user to confirm the correct image was sent.

This enhancement will allow users to either edit, resubmit, or confirm their image before advancing the verification process.
