Kick commands for Dungeoneer #253

I would like a kick command added to the bot so that out security team can kick accounts for account swaps! Thank you :)

What do you mean by "kick" command? This is vague.

im assuming its just a command that kicks a discord account from the discord. same thing as ?kick and stuff. Might not be required, we could just give dyno perms for ?kick to securities.

Is a kick command necessary for this bot, though? Usually I leave common features to other bots.
