VC-less AFK Checks

Introduced support for VC-less raid organizing.

• Configured on a per-section basis.
• VC-less can be chosen from headcount conversion or from /afkcheck

Regarding list of users:

"Right now, all I see (in the control panel) is the number of people in the raid. I don't know who's actually in the raid."

The raid logs track every person who joins the raid. Adding 40+ names to the control panel sounds inadvisable.

Right. I don't know about you but having to make someone go through raid logs is probably not going to be fun for the end user.

In any case, I don't really care about this. If someone complains, they can complain.
