feat: role pings for dungeons and afk-checks #273

Override a base dungeon and select a role by mentioning it or posting the role ID after clicking the mention roles button
Start a headcount or afk check, the roles will be automatically mentioned on the first message. This means that the pre-AFK message will mention users
[x] Headcount pings
[x] AFK check pings
[x] Multiple role pings for one dungeon

Closes #68

reminder to whoever makes the actual update notes: This is completely configurable. This means that there are no restrictions on which roles to ping can be added to each dungeon. Be very careful, if you add an admin role, anyone will be able to get it (The role ping message will be updated as soon as you make changes to the config if there is a configured channel).
