Join workspace page UI improvements #9494

  1. Page title for the Join workspace page says Loading.. should be Join workspace
  2. Loading state of the page needs to be fixed- instead of having three dots and then a skeleton loader, we can remove the skeleton and just have the three dots loader until the page is loaded.
