Fixed GET and DELETE request input renders and added all UX fixes #9498

Bug Fix 1: Selecting GET operation now renders respective inputs

Bug Fix 2: Selecting DELETE operation now renders respective inputs

UI Fixes

  1. Mandatory inputs indicated with *
  2. Input's type is visible now
  3. Upon hover description can be viewed for an input (if available) image
