Updates for Gaffer 0.60 #49

There were some deprecated APIs and new plugs inherited from base classes to account for in the tests.

Note this is still using Atoms 3.x as I've not gotten to testing #48 yet.

Also this would require Gaffer 0.59.8+ to get access to the newer scoping methods.
