Seems like when Root Access mode works, it does nothing other than add bookmarks that don't work. The user cannot navigate to "/", neither by breadcrumbs nor bookmarks.

On second thought, we may just need to force-restart the app when this mode is first selected. Upon 2nd launch, it looks like things are working correctly.

Is this on 4.3 or 4.2?

Removing "Priority" label, as this isn't really a showstopper.
