Fix selection actionMode element overlap #69

The file and folder counters no longer overlap with the select-all 'action item' (which is now actually an action item from the menu)

Definitely better. What if we only showed the folder/file icon if there's more than 0? Also, there's no way to influence the "Select All" menu item on smaller screens, is there?

We could do that. I'd love to do a rework of that whole view when we implement that youtube-style clipboard. The Select all menu item should act just like a regular menu item now.

Yes. Yes it did. hangs head in shame
