Persons.ps1:

add all contracts to person instead of only last contract
add contractUserDefinedFields to contract instead of person
filter for only users and employees with email before grouping on email
removed casesensitive option from grouping of users and employees on email
added toggle to include personal data Departments.ps1:
added toggle to include personal data
corrected variable for count of employees

Mapping.json:

removed fields that are only available with optional scope hrmanalytics:nlhrm:exportcontactinformation

Readme.md:

updated with information on the personal data and required scope

There are still a few issues in this version. Do not merge yet.
