fix-split-shouldArchive-boolean #12

$shouldArchive boolean is split to a manager and a person boolean.

I didn't change the permission scripts because this would mean a rework. And the problem does not occur in this script (because it only looks at the Manager or the Employee).

looks good. I like the reference to the custom.isManager field as well!
