Year field on watch is always incorrect. #83

Version: 0.9.1

Expected Behaviour

Year field on watch screen should be valid is 4 digits are entered or nothing.

Actual Behaviour

Always incorrect.

Steps to reproduce the actual behaviour

Edit a watch, set year to 2010-> invalid.
