database development and the modelling4all API #157

the database needs to capture:

* number of times a page is visited
* number of times a micro-behaviour is used
* if a page is tagged?

Also number of times a model is run or modified should be available

Other statistics as well.

Only public pages are used. 

All of this should be available as RSS feed to build gadgets and assemble them into

pages showing what the community of Modelling4All users is doing.
