micro-behaviour names being bold by default in the library #907

just a preference, but I'd prefer the MBs in the library NOT to be bold by default.
this would fit with normal writing, where bold is the exception. also, new MBs are
not bold by default so will look less significant in the composer area by default.

Makes sense. But I don't know how to edit over 200 pages without spending a couple hours
doing mindless repetitive actions. A disadvantage to using Google Sites -- when the
library was hosted by M4A could do a search and replace across all pages.
