Query main tagging services to display tag cloud relating to specific model or micro-behaviour page #156

Is it possible to retrieve all the tags that have been applied to a
specific page in modelling4all page from a range of different social
book-marking tools?

this data could be represented as a tag cloud

Note: this seems like a lot of work for on a marginal gain

The amount of effort depends whether there are existing tag aggregators such as 
http://www.tagsahoy.com/ that we can use. Need to research this more.
