IE6 and closing tabs #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use IE6
2. the x to close tabs is missing

It seems all images were missing. When editing the icons for rich text were 
also 
blank. Will investigate if this is a known GWT problem with IE6 and if there is 
a 
work around.
