Need to find a good way to wait and show the art both pencil and color before animation toggles again.

This partly works with a wait time of 5 secs. Some times it bugs out, but then its fine for now.

Not fixed.

This breaks the toggle to pencil vs color and stops somewhere at random making it look more horrible.

Fixed .. doesnt appear to be happening again.
