Implement animations equally among Cogs #18

This isn't necessarily a bug, but it's an inconsistency we forgot about when porting over 2.5.7 features. All suitA Cogs should be able to use suitA animations for the sake of cog disguise versatility.

For example, Loan Shark Cogs have no jumping or landing animations.
