Crash Related to the TTC Easter Egg #72

Sometimes the Easter Egg cutscene crashes for some reason. It might be related to trying to put a waiter suit on a custom cog? ttoff-200815_141652.log

I remember running into this a while ago, and in turn I just limited the possible Cogs that can spawn with this easter egg to the original 32. No custom cogs should be getting chosen.
