When a cog is defeated, the cog gallery will list a complete background, rather than the normal background

As seen in this picture from 2013, if a cog isn't defeated as much, then the background should be the same as the normal cog gallery slots.

However, they seem to have the backgrounds that say they're fully complete, despite not having many defeated.
