Allow to add vocabulary from list view #27

Adds a pulley to add new vocabulary from the list of all vocabulary. Depends on #26 as it connects to the accepted signal of the Silica Dialog to reload the list after adding.

I am not sure this is a good idea. As it is now, I like that there are different areas:

  1. List all
  2. Add new
  3. Test

This would mix 1 and 2.

Also, pulley menues with more than three entries are really cumbersome. That being said, I am not a fan of the "Remove all" option (how often is that one used) being there at all.

I've now added the "Add vocabulary" using a slightly different way (because no dialogues are used). I do see the problem with the large pulley menu, however I'm not sure where to put the "Remove all" option (since I don't want to just remove it entirely). Any suggestions?
