Updating repositories (badges, security ..)

A wave of maintenance is required for the repositories of TopCli.

• [ ] switching badge to style=for-the-badge
• [ ] adding OSSF scorecards
• [ ] updating dependencies
• [ ] updating the Security Policy (following the same model as Spinner)

• Updating the style of badges like in the Spinner project:

Also need to update the SECURITY.md file like Spinner.
