WIP: Put top events information into a dataframe #311

Events that pass the selection are further filtered by the number of leptons (>= 4). Event information is stored in a dataframe, which can be accessed by accumulator.value.

Thanks for this PR @xinyuewu21! It looks good to me. I had just a few small questions and suggestions (above). If you have time to address them, that would be great, but if you do not have time to take a look at the comments, I think the PR is already in good shape and probably could be merged in its current form if necessary.
