Investigate performance of systematics

Investigate the impact of the systematics on the performance of the topeft processor. E.g.:

• Quantify the impact on processing time and memory requirements
• Determine if the impact is primarily due to one (or a small handful) of the systematics, or if is an even spread
• Depending on the above findings, investigate ways of improving performance via parallelization
