Variable inputs for Flow Items #6

Some of the Flow Items should be able to manipulate with variable number of inputs. At least - logical operations such as AND, OR.

At this moment Flow Item cannot be executed if one of its inputs is not connected. But to perform support of variable number of inputs this should be updated.

I suggest to add function (in FlowItem class) for:

enable/disable variation of inputs;
specifying minimum number of inputs that should be connected to execute Flow Item;
to limit the maximum number of inputs.
