*first add log_service

*add elasticsearch index template and logstash configs

*fix bug in package.json, and modify the tag of ec2 in logstash_input_script.js

Suggestions that can be adopted in next pull request:

It's good to follow some javascript style guides, such as Airbnb JavaScript Style Guide.
In log_service/logstash/logstash_input_script/logstash_input_script.js, take configurations (region as an example) to another files.
