I think the definitions of these will become more clear with more play testing, but the current definition for "often switches hands" and "slight advantages" is as follows:

I want the lead to have the ability to switch hands in under 2 minutes.
-Slight advantage
I'm going to pick an arbitrary number for mana dust leads, but right now we don't really have a basis for what it means.
