Support fetching logs from containers' stdout #15

To let AnaLog work with containerized application we need to fetch logs not from files but from stdout of containers. The configuration format for such a fetching must be aligned with existing one.

The feature is complete. Distribution for release will be prepared in master branch. Some additional issues will also be created after the release.
