Enhance log downloading feature

[Toparvion]

• [ ] Log information popup dialog should be non-modal-like (i.e. automatically hide when lose the focus)
• [ ] The choice of composite log parts to download should be available (regression)
• [ ] Downloading of last 2K lines from Docker & Kubernetes logs should be provided
