• When we sell crowd (especially when customer is focused on private crowd) there is a set of work to enable the customer to get maximal value - this could be done as a lead engagement or as part of a larger engagement
• Key workstreams would be around things like HR, procurement, employee education, IT
• We can handle the technical points of the role out
• Value for topcoder - accelerated adoption (more platform rev), sets crowd vision, ensures customer success
• Value for Wipro Consulting - repeatable offering, sell follow on work, positions wipro consulting as transformative
• Value for customer - accelerates time to value

Workstream 2: Strategy/Ops Consulting using Crowd

• Identify common workstreams in general practice where there is map to Topcoder discreet outcomes
• Match workstreams to simple outcomes from TC and provide training etc on those to field
• Operationalize alignment and scale
