Pin issues #26

Unfortunately, recent changes locked down a bunch of the I2C and SPI pins, and they need to be re-routed. Smoothie's default pin assignments are listed here: http://smoothieware.org/lpc1769-pin-usage. This will break mbed compatibility, but will guarantee changes to Smoothie won't break XpressoSmoothie again.

Ok then let's reroute the board and remove the mbed support.

Please take another check to make sure that fixed pins (that must not be changed) have an asterisk prefix. Then if you disconnect all the rest that need changes, just leave the labels in schematics near lpc symbol, then i will find a way to reroute those signals nps. That would also help me catch up with the changes. I hope we will have enough pins for everything, or else will find ways to accommodate all thats needed.

You guys are rocking this project! I've got all of the components en route from Digi-Key for this, looking to build a board for my kossel mini. Have you considered including an optional +5 input for those using an ATX power supply, so the board can run from SD without being connected to USB? I'm not an EE, and very inexperienced in this realm, and 99% of this is over my head. In fact, I may have overlooked that already. Haha. Do you think the DRV8825 drivers from Pololu will be compatable for this design as well? I believe the pins are identical, but allows for 1/32 micro-stepping. Do you gentlemen plan on selling bare PCBs for this project? Keep up the amazing work. You guys are blowing my mind!
